5 Inspirational Celebrity Man Caves

As anyone who has a man cave – or who has even thought of having a man cave – can attest, it can be difficult turn your dream space into reality. With options like flat screen TVs, pool tables, mini-bars and even a classic-car themed leather sofa, choosing the layout and options for your man cave can be a daunting task.

But, dear dreamer of the manliest of manly man caves, have no fear; celebrities have really good taste (well, some do and those who don’t, hire people that do) and, for the most part, they love to show off their toys.

Here at Motor Trend Garage, we know it how hard it can be to find inspiration at times, so we decided to hunt down five awesome celebrity man caves and show you that man cave dreams can come true.

1 – Calvin Broadus Jr.: Otherwise known as Snoop Dogg (or Snoop Lion, does anyone really know these days?) makes the most of the space he’s allocated to his man cave. Personal history adorns the walls and the classic-car couch is a must have for any auto enthusiast.

2 – Matt Forte: The Chicago Bears’ running back spared no expense for his man cave, which looks like it occupies an entire floor in his Chicago-area home. Look carefully and you can see the wet bar. The fireplace keeps Forte’s teammates warm during the season while leather seating and pool table keeps everyone comfortable and entertained.

3 – Jimmie Johnson: The Nascar speedster really tuned up his man cave. Checkered flag garage flooring, a pool table, tool chest, and the bar area are some of our favorite items in Johnson’s garage. The auto lift adds a nice touch, and if you’ve got a few cars to store, it’s the only way to make sure they stay safe and sound under your roof.

4 – Rainn Wilson: As Dwight on the TV series The Office, Wilson was an overachieving paper salesman with a beet farm. Today, Wilson is an actor and the proud owner of a traditional man cave. Accessories like the ladder are a nice touch and we love how the fireplace and TV align, so you don’t have to choose between enjoying one or the other. Proof that you can have your cake and eat it too.

5 – Ashton Kutcher: Kutcher takes the man cave to another level with his mobile trailer. The upper deck of his monster cave on wheels is adorned with bar seating, chess tables and an entertainment area – all while going 55 MPH. Sign us up.
